Relaxing Day…

Take this day to relax by taking a bath or a shower (both are so relaxing).

Turn on your essential oil diffuser and pop some lavender in there for an extra relaxing effect, mint is also really great for clearing the mind.

Make a cup of warm black or green tea, squeeze some lemon and add a little bit of honey for sweetness.

Binge watch a Netflix series or scary/funny/romantic movies.

Take this day to unwind and de-stress about work, school, friends, anything causing you to worry.
